2. Professional Services & Contracts
Any freelance or contract work initiated through this website will be subject to a separate, specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA). The terms outlined on this website are supplementary to any mutually signed contracts. In the event of a conflict between these terms and a signed contract, the signed contract shall take precedence.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including the underlying codebase of this portfolio) are owned by Ramesh Das and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Client project source code ownership will be explicitly defined in individual service contracts.
